Biscuitville Fresh Southern is a beloved regional brand, famous for their made-from-scratch biscuits and southern flavors. With more than 80 locations, a busy corporate office in Greensboro, and a central warehouse facility in Burlington, their team balances tradition with innovation as they continue to grow across the Southeast.

ACE-HTI has been part of that journey for years. Working closely with Bobby McCarter, we began by supporting Biscuitville with audio/visual solutions across new restaurant buildings and office spaces. Our team also helped them implement online ordering printers that streamline fulfillment during peak hours, as well as video conferencing systems at the corporate office to keep communication smooth across departments and partners.

As Bobby shared, “If I need something done quickly and correctly, I always know ACE-HTI will move

things around to accommodate Biscuitville.” That dependability has allowed their team to focus on serving guests while we ensure the technology behind the scenes works flawlessly.

In addition to AV, we also provide technological support for their warehouse operations in Burlington, helping keep everything connected and efficient. Bobby noted that by moving these responsibilities to ACE-HTI, Biscuitville gained “extended capability and peace of mind,” freeing their internal staff from the challenge of managing complex systems.

More recently, Biscuitville turned to ACE-HTI for help on the security side. Over the last year, we’ve partnered with Savannah Davis and her team to take over security systems at more than 85 restaurant locations — and that number continues to grow as new stores are added. ACE-HTI has also provided fire alarm systems at nine locations, ensuring both employees and guests have an added layer of protection. As Savannah explained, “Before ACE-HTI, we faced security gaps and needed a more reliable system to protect our people and facilities. They provided stronger monitoring, faster response, and a more dependable setup.”

The results have been clear: improved safety, peace of mind, and smoother day-to-day operations across Biscuitville’s restaurants, offices, and warehouses. Savannah added, “Their expertise and end-to-end approach gave us confidence in their solutions. We’ll continue working with ACE-HTI as our security needs grow.”

Much has changed from the day back in 1947 when Dairi-O first opened, selling hotdogs and hamburgers fresh off the grill. Dairi-O now offers healthier options such as specialty salads, grilled chicken wraps, veggie burgers, and more, to provide our customers a wider variety of delicious food options.
