The company was founded by Jay Stone, Charlie Atkinson, and Mark Waterfield. Stone

and Atkinson remain actively involved in daily operations, leading a dedicated

team of 23 employees who bring years of experience and industry knowledge to

the table.

In 2021, ACE-HTI consolidated its offices and relocated to Kernersville,

strategically positioning itself in the heart of the Triad community to better

serve Central North Carolina. The decision to move stemmed from a commitment to

embracing a hybrid work environment while maintaining a strong connection to

the communities it serves.

ACE-HTI is committed to making a difference locally. The company supports organizations

such as Toys for Tots and Crossnore Children’s Home, demonstrating a dedication

to giving back. Although not yet deeply involved with the Chamber of Commerce,

the team has participated in lunch-and-learn sessions at the Gardens, with

plans to expand its community engagement efforts in the future.
